In 2024, from September 24th to 26th, MINExpo, one of the world's most influential mining exhibitions, was held as scheduled in Las Vegas, USA3. Mining practitioners from around the world gathered together, creating an unprecedentedly grand occasion3.

As a world top 100 construction machinery enterprise, SDLG Heavy Machinery made a grand appearance at the exhibition with its star products. These included the open-pit mining trucks CMT66 and CMT106, the large mining excavator ME106, and the new forklifts H1056 and H5519, becoming one of the highlights of the exhibition and demonstrating the strong competitiveness and global influence of SDLG's construction machinery products in the global market.

The large excavator ME106 is designed and manufactured specifically for mining operation conditions, with the advantages of high reliability and high adaptability. As a hundred-ton-class mining excavator, it integrates global resources with top-notch supporting facilities, intelligent full control, and full working condition adaptability by virtue of "Four Integrations and One Optimization", greatly improving the efficiency and economy of mining and being highly favored by the market1.

CMT66, with its central cab and automatic transmission design, provides a more comfortable driving experience and efficient operation solution for small and medium-sized open-pit mines1. CMT106, with its high horsepower and good trafficability, is an ideal choice for complex working conditions such as crushed stone and soil-rock mixture, and is widely used in stone quarries, open-pit coal mines, non-ferrous metal mines, etc1.

The two newly launched forklifts H5519 and H1056 are developed specifically for the North American market1. Their designs are in line with the local human-computer interaction environment in North America, featuring simple operation, convenience and high efficiency1. H5519 has a maximum working height of 5.94 meters, a maximum load of 2,500 kilograms, and a maximum horizontal extension of 3.51 meters. It is equipped with a Kubota 54.6kW engine, which provides strong power and low comprehensive fuel consumption. The whole machine is compact and lightweight, with flexible operation, making it very suitable for working in narrow spaces. H1056 has a long wheelbase, wide chassis and large boom section, ensuring good operation stability and reliability1. Its maximum working height is 17.1 meters, the maximum load is 4,545 kilograms, the maximum horizontal extension is 12.8 meters, and the maximum tilting angle is 10°. It is equipped with a Cummins 55kW engine that does not require urea addition, resulting in lower use costs and easier maintenance.

All SDLG Heavy Machinery's forklifts are equipped with four-wheel drive systems and have three steering modes: front-wheel steering, crab steering and four-wheel steering, adapting to operations in narrow spaces. Their key components adopt high-strength steel plates, enhancing durability and reliability. The ROPS and FOPS level II cabs are ergonomically designed, providing a comfortable and safe operation experience like that of a passenger car. They also have a frame leveling function, showing strong adaptability to the site and easily coping with complex working conditions. These forklifts can be used for multiple purposes and can be equipped with a variety of auxiliary tools that can be quickly switched, such as aerial platforms, buckets and hooks, to meet various work requirements.

In general, relying on its globally leading technology and rich product lines, SDLG Heavy Machinery has continuously enhanced its product competitiveness through innovative research and development, promoted technological upgrading, actively conformed to market demands, and introduced differentiated products. It has always been committed to providing users with efficient and reliable operating equipment.
